Warranties
1) Right of withdrawal.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no 185 of 1999 (Enactment of the directive 97/7/EC about consumer protection in remote contracts), the customer has the right to withdraw from the on-line contract with no penalty and no need to justify the withdrawal, compliant to the following terms and conditions: The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, a written notice (delivered by means of recorded delivery letter with return receipt) to:

The notice may also be sent (within the same deadline) by Fax to the following number: +39-0375-785734, however the fax shall be backed by recorded delivery letter with return receipt within 48 hours. The notice shall list the codes of the products the customer wishes to return and the refund modalities (money order, bank transfer, etc.) as well as bank coordinates (IBAN/BBAN if needed). All products shall be returned intact by the customer at the same address used for the recorded delivery letter. As soon as the goods have been received and their integrity has been checked, we will repay the returned products' cost to the customer.
2) Order Irrevocability.
The Products Purchase Order, once carried out by the Customer is irrevocable, except for the provisions about the right to withdrawal set forth in point 1.
3) Prices and returns.
All prices include VAT, delivery to the customer's address specified upon purchase, standard packaging. Special packaging and other additional costs, unless specified in writing upon order acceptance, are excluded. All prices refer to these General Conditions of Sale. Palm-wp.com reserves the right to amend the price list without any prior notice.
4) Order Acceptance and Delivery Terms and Conditions.
Palm-wp.com is exempted from any liability for failure to accept an order or for delayed or cancelled delivery of the products included in the order, since both order acceptance and execution are subject to availability of ordered products and the absence of circumstances that may affect product availability or the time required for their collection. The above refers, for example, to Acts of God, chance events, other circumstances like strikes, riots, social unrest, lack of raw materials and any other fact that may delay or prevent product manufacturing or delivery. The purchaser undertakes to hold Palm-wp.com harmless from every liability, explicitly renouncing to any future claim for compensation for delayed or cancelled order acceptance, delayed delivery or no delivery of products mentioned in an already accepted order. Products delivery is regarded as having been carried out when the products are handed over to the Carrier, after which palm-wp.com is free from any risk related to sold materials.
5) Purchaser Complaints.
Palm-wp.com accurately checks all products upon shipment, therefore any complaint for damaged or missing products shall be notified to the carrier upon goods collection. Any complaint for defects not ascribable to product transportation shall be notified in writing to Palm-wp.com within 8 days from defect identification.
Palm-wp.com shall review the complaint in a reasonable time and, in case it proves to be adequately grounded, it will send to the Purchaser all the missing or damaged parts.
6) Returns.
Any product return, after the time mentioned in the right of withdrawal described under point 1 has expired, shall be authorised in writing by Palm-wp.com and delivered, at the purchaser's expense, to Palm Work & Project, Via Codisotto n°8 - 46030 Buzzoletto of Viadana (MN) - Italy.
7) Products Specifications.
Products' size, weight and specifications, as described in Palm-wp.com catalogues and schemes, shall be considered only as reference and not regarded as a binding and faithful representation of detailed specifications.
8) Disputes and jurisdiction.
All Purchase Orders carried out on Palm-wp.com are subject to the "solve et repete" principle pursuant to Art. 1462 of Civil Code. This contract is subject to the Italian laws. The Mantua (Italy) court has jurisdiction over this contract.
9) Privacy
Palm-wp.com treats customers' personal data compliant to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003. Personal data are treated during normal activities, exclusively for the purpose of clearing orders and to contact the purchaser in case any problem arises. As required by the laws in force, the person subject to data treatment can ask confirmation of their data being held by the Company and request that such data be conveyed to them in a clear form. The subject can also request removal, amendment, transformation to an anonymous form or block of all personal data treated for any reason regarded as legitimate with respect to the treatment itself.
